Debate Nederlandse Dansdagen

On Friday afternoon, the festival program traditionally starts with the Debate of Dutch Dance, which this year focuses on the "theater of the future.

The Call to Action, which the Dutch Dance Days submitted to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and the Council for Culture in February, hereby forms the backbone of numerous conversations we will have during the festival.

During the Debate, we will ask, among others, five dance artists with quirky perspectives to share their dreams, visions of the future and inspiring stories with us.
