Digitalisation Round Table
The Nederlandse Dansdagen is organising online roundtable discussions aimed at launching the new platform ND Digitaal in November 2024. During the talks, we engage with partners and colleagues about digitalisation in the dance sector with the aim of learning from each other and sharing knowledge.
On Tuesday 8 October, we engaged in a conversation about sustainability of digital initiatives and projects. The central question: what are good ways to make a digital initiative also a future-proof initiative? Maan Leo (Design Museum Den Bosch), Bas Morsch (We Are Public) and Jeroen van Ingen (Digital Theatre/NDT, Holland Festival, ITA) shared their experiences and best practices with us.
Previous discussions
During the first round table discussion, Sanne Lohof (General Director of hip-hop dance festival Summer Dance Forever), Bart Temme (Owner of New Dance TV) and Tanja Zuijderwijk (Programme Manager Culture Desk DigitALL) shared their experiences and insights on digitisation and audiences. And during the second talk, we discussed different revenue models for digital projects with Maaike Verberk of DEN and Inge van Nimwegen of Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht.
