In the ND podcast 'From street to stage, 25 years of hip-hop dance theater', the Nederlandse Dansdagen, together with a number of founders of hip-hop in the Netherlands, looks back on the golden age when hip-hop was just emerging and how it developed further into an artificial language.

In the 1st episode, on Monday 4 September, Charissa Promes talks to Nita Liem and Bart Deuss of the former hip-hop dance company Don't Hit Mama. The 2nd episode, with Golden Swan winner from 2022 Lloyd Marengo, will go online on Monday 11 September. On Monday 18 September we will launch episode number 3 with Marco Gerris, director and artistic director of ISH Dance Collective. And we close the series on Monday September 25 with Alida Dors.
