Halve Verhalen 6+
On stage stands a large turntable with a bookcase. Everything seems in order until someone tears a book in half and the world is set in motion.
Parts of the bookcase fall apart, books fly everywhere: the whole thing has to be rebuilt. But do you rebuild it exactly as it was, or do you come up with something completely new?
With energetic dance and live music by accordion duo TOEAC (featuring music by Rameau and their own compositions), De Stilte takes you into a playful world full of contrasts. Halve Verhalen is an imaginative experience for children and parents alike, exploring worlds that fall apart and stories that begin anew. Sometimes wild, sometimes funny, but always surprising.
