SCALA is the new Saturday evening programme of the Dutch Dance Days: a unique evening where we bring together the best of contemporary Dutch dance on a single stage.

During SCALA, we bring together creators, dancers and companies on a single stage who colour, challenge and renew the current landscape. From the iconic power of the Dutch National Ballet and NDT to the raw energy of emerging talent, from intimate solos to grand ensemble moments. On this evening, dance styles, generations and perspectives alternate, allowing you to enjoy the versatility of Dutch dance.

SCALA brings together highlights from the dance season alongside surprising discoveries. An evening full of craftsmanship, new perspectives and moments that place you right at the heart of Dutch dance. The evening is presented by Redo. Afterwards, the party continues in the Danstent with Club TWEAK — the place to hit the floor yourself and continue the evening dancing.
