Dutch Dance needs a rescue plan
As dance companies, festivals and theatres, we are concerned. The four-year subsidy revolving door is behind us and too many dance companies are about to disappear.

Dutch dance culture, a strong and unifying force in our society, is about to succumb to the pressure of constant cuts and bureaucratic restrictions.
In an article in yesterday's Volkskrant, we are ringing the alarm bell together with Willemijn Maas (Managing Director Nederlands Dans Theater), Eve Hopkins (Artistic Director Theater Bellevue), Peter Hendrikx (Director Performing Theater aan de Rijn & De Nieuwe Oost) and Jasper van Luijk (Artistic Director SHIFFT).
