The &Awards 2024 will be presented during the Nederlandse Dansdagen
This year's presentation of the &Awards will take place on Saturday, Oct. 5, during the 27th edition of the Nederlandse Dansdagen in Maastricht.

The &Awards
The &Awards annually spotlight a project as well as a professional who has committed to Diversity & Inclusion. The &Awards project & person awards are intended as an incentive, appreciation, example and inspiration to other organizations in the cultural sector. An independent jury of partly previous award winners and partly field experts selects a winner based on content.
Two awards will be presented in 2024:
- &Award Project Award 2024
&Award + cash prize of €20,000- for a project that has taken a striking step or achieved a remarkable result in the area of diversity and inclusion.
- &Award Persons Award 2024
&Award + cash prize of €5,000 for an individual who has made a visible and distinctive contribution in the field of diversity & inclusion.
Start nominating
Anyone can now nominate a project or person through the Diversity & Inclusion Code website. Nominations can be made until September 1, 2024.
Awards ceremony
The presentation of the &Awards will take place this year on Saturday, October 5, during the 27th edition of the Nederlandse Dansdagen in Maastricht. This celebration of Dutch dance will again be celebrated in theaters, at special locations in the city, online, and from the Danstent on the Vrijthof. Under the motto “Dance with me,” audiences, makers, companies, amateurs and professionals will be brought together to celebrate dance in all its manifestations. From classical ballet to hip-hop, from grand masters to up-and-coming talent, from theater to film and events for young audiences.
